During your project, we capture photos, videos, behind-the-scenes moments, and key highlights, all uploaded to your own personal cloud storage account. Whether you prefer to post them directly or have them enhanced with graphics, text, and edits, we can transform them into engaging Shorts, eye-catching photos, or long-form content for your social media channels.

Every package is tailored to your needs and budget, with simple monthly payments.

The video production process

Learn about how we handle each step of your project, from initial contact to ongoing video support.

Once we have an understanding of your project's needs...

You will receive a first-draft proposal from us outlining the scope of the video project, an estimated price and an estimated project completion time. From here, there will be a short window of time for you to accept the proposal or to let us know of any amendments you'd like making.

As a business ourselves, we understand that each project has a budget. Our team will do their utmost to respect your budget and will always be upfront about cost and workload. Money can be an uncomfortable topic to discuss, but we believe in honesty and transparency.

If you feel a project falls outside of your budget, please do not feel hesitant to get in touch.

After you contact us...

A member of our team will be in touch to arrange a convenient time to discuss your project. Even if you are unsure on your exact needs, we encourage you to reach out, as we can ask questions to help you gain a better understanding of your needs.

We love meeting in-person over a coffee where possible, but we understand this is not always the preferred option. You can tell us how you would like to be contacted, when filling out our contact form.

Once filming is complete...

Our team will begin editing your video and handling all necessary post-production work. This simply means we will begin to create your final video and incorporate any required graphics, titles, images, or effects to bring it to life.

This process can be completed quickly (within 48 hours after filming) or can take longer, depending on the demands of your video project. Your proposal from step 2 will include an estimate on project delivery times.

Once the project is complete...

We will offer you a bespoke social media package to complement your marketing efforts.

Using our collection of videos and photographs from your filming day(s), we will create content that can be used as posts on your social media channels. We can add music, sound effects and graphics to really give you content that 'professional' feel. You can access your content through a cloud-storage service of your choice.

Once signed up to our social media package, you will have access to discounts on future filming and photography.

Once the edit is complete...

You will receive a link to access your watermarked first draft. Once you are happy and we have received total payment for project completion, we will send over your full resolution video and guide you on how to upload to social media.

All of our proposals include a complimentary allocated re-edit time. This means you have an opportunity to discuss your thoughts on your video and inform our team of any amendments you feel the video requires, at no extra cost. Simpler video projects will have a smaller amount of complimentary re-edit time compared to larger projects with higher demands.

If the required workload for re-edits falls outside of the allocated time, we will inform you of the extra cost beforehand, and once agreed, add this to the final project total.
